You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready and to arrange porch pick up.

Shipping 

Burnt Timber Art makes use of recycled materials in shipping when and where ever possible in order to reduce our ecological foot print.  Your product will be prepared and shipped within 5 days of receipt of your order.  We will work to have the order prepared as quickly as possible. 

Standard shipping is via Canada Post Small Packet (Jewelry) or Parcel (art & signs). If you wish to receive a tracking number for your small jewelry packet, please select Expedited Shipping. 

You may also select Swift Post for express delivery options. 

Custom Product Orders

Please allow for production time for all custom work.  Production times will vary based on size and level of detail of the custom request.  We will work to have your order prepared as quickly as possible and will contact you directly with an approximate timeframe.

Please ensure your address has been entered correctly to avoid any lost packages.
